Text Chat and Open chat

Lets say you made an account that doesn't have text chat but you make a purchase of $6 or more do you sti get the option for open chat?

Hi!

Members who are over the age of 18, and have a valid credit card on file with us, can enable the 18+ Open Chat. Gift Cards cannot be used to unlock Open Chat.

Please note that this option is off by default, and you must actively select this option under Account Management.

Currently Active Accounts must be verified as 18+ through a valid credit card on file.

It depends on the age put on your account when you opened it. 13+ can get text chat, 18+ can get open chat I believe.
