Teleportation - Visual Effect

In the Live Realm when we teleport, the visual effects of arrival need to be modified. Currently, our Pirate shows up and then the smoke. I think that the smoke should appear first and then the Pirate. The visual effects of teleportation when we leave an area is fine.

This me just being picky.
