Hidden is broken

Has anyone reported that being hidden seems to be broken in Valencia?
All the new NPCs seem to be able to First Strike, Cheap Shot and Repel Boarders when I am hidden!
It doesnt seem to be working at all there. I have not tested it else where. Has anyone else seen this?

You're not the first to report this - but this isn't a "broken" power; most of the enemies in Valencia2 have the talent First Strike at 3 ranks. This talent removes "Hides".
