Okay so. I need help. I don't know whats wrong. Today i just bought the Empire Bundle. Every thing seemed fine, but when i went to redeem Nausica, It says that "The Item Failed To Redeem" Can anyone help me? I've been waiting for a very long time for this bundle and now something went wrong..Very sad.

Try switching characters or logging out and back in and then try to redeem again. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
