This bug wont let me play game! PLEASE HELP!

Solution 102:You have encountered an unexpected error with Pirate101. Please close this window and try running Pirate101 again to play. If you still cannot play Pirate101, you may need to reinstall.

Okay I keep getting this everytime I play the game. Yesterday I downloaded p101 played once tried to log back in and this happened. Then I reinstalled the game played once. logged out. now it happens again. Please someone help me and tell me what is going on.
