gift accepting problem.

I can't claim the 7th day of the 12 days of spiral. The code entered fine but, when I go into the game to claim it it keeps saying failed to claim no matter how many times I try.

Ahoy!

Another player suggested that if you log out to the character select screen, then log back in and try again, that may help. Could you try this and let us know if it works? Thanks!

Well I did try that before and after I posted this, I was able to claim them today though, so I have no idea why it did that.
