Broken gift card

I have 3 $10 wizard / pirate combo gift cards and when I tried to redeem them I got a message saying that the card was invalid. I tried with all 3 cards got the same thing all 3 times. Is there any thing that KI can do to help or do I have to take the cards back to the store. I don't want to have wasted money and I don't want to be denied crowns ether.
