Transfer Characters

I emailed pirate101 support to transfer four of my characters to another account. Both accounts met all the conditions for a transfer however the support said I must email them from an email registered with both accounts. All the emails I sent to the support were from my master email but they keep saying that I need to email them from an email associated with both accounts. My master email happens to be the same email for the accounts' individual emails. I'm wondering if I should change my master email or if there is anything else I can do to resolve this issue with email so I can get my characters transferred.

When you open the My Account tab (upper right) and enter your Master Password, you can check to see what your e-mail addresses are to both your accounts and change them if necessary so they match. Then close My Account and send an e-mail from the e-mail on both accounts and you shouldn't have any trouble.

Thanks for the advice. I changed the emails. I'm just waiting to hear from the support. Hopefully they will respond its been 5 days since I sent the email.

You got to remember its the holiday weekend; be patient.
